1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PrepKoala's GRE preparation platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrepKoala provides online GRE (Graduate Record Examination) preparation services, including but not limited to:

Full-length adaptive practice tests
Vocabulary flashcards with spaced repetition
Practice questions across all GRE question types
Performance analytics and score predictions
Detailed explanations for practice questions

PrepKoala is an independent test preparation platform. GRE is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). This product is not endorsed or approved by ETS.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

Free Tier: Limited access to practice questions and vocabulary flashcards at no cost
Monthly Subscription: Full access to all features, billed monthly at $19.99/month
Lifetime Access: One-time payment of $149.99 for permanent access to all features

4.2 Free Trial

Monthly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. During the trial period:

You have full access to all premium features
Your payment method will be authorized but not charged
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged
If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged

4.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

5.2 Recurring Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected, your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is received.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Monthly Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you've paid for
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation

6.2 Free Trial Cancellation

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your 3-day free trial ends. If you cancel during the trial:

You will not be charged
Your access will revert to the free tier immediately upon cancellation

6.3 Lifetime Access Refund

Lifetime access purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee:

Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason
Contact info@appfusion.us with your refund request
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable

6.4 How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel your subscription: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription, or email info@appfusion.us

To request a refund: Email info@appfusion.us with your account email and reason for refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by AppFusion Labs, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy of score predictions or study materials
Guarantees of specific score improvements on the actual GRE exam

We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in any specific score or improvement on the GRE. Individual results vary based on many factors including study time, prior knowledge, and test-taking abilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppFusion Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
